3. Legal Basis and Consent
Use of the service requires explicit consent to data processing for wellness education functionality. Consent logs are stored with timestamps.
4. Sharing and Processors
We use third-party infrastructure providers (for example authentication, database, and hosting). We do not sell your personal data.
5. Connected Wearable Providers (Including Garmin)
If you choose to connect a wearable provider, VigorTrace imports only the minimum fields required for educational check-in automation and trend analysis. For Garmin and similar providers, this includes step totals, workout summary fields, and sleep duration where available.
- Connection is optional and user-authorized.
- Data is used only for in-app wellness tracking, scoring support, and adherence analytics.
- We do not sell connected wearable data or use it for advertising profiling.
- You can disconnect provider access at any time from Settings.
6. Retention and Deletion
Data is retained while your account is active or as needed for legitimate operations. You can export your data and request deletion through the in-app settings page.
7. Security
We implement reasonable safeguards. No digital system can be guaranteed as completely secure.
