Terms and Conditions

VigorTrace is for educational wellness use only and does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VigorTrace, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Educational Use Only

VigorTrace provides educational wellness information only. It is not a medical service, diagnostic tool, treatment provider, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice.

• We do not diagnose disease or medical conditions.
• We do not prescribe treatment plans.
• We do not provide crisis or emergency response.

3. Safety and Red-Flag Symptoms

If you report red-flag symptoms, VigorTrace may suppress supplement suggestions and display guidance to seek medical care. You are responsible for contacting emergency or urgent care services when required.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to the best of your ability.
• Use recommendations as general educational guidance only.
• Consult qualified clinicians before making health decisions, especially with conditions or medications.
• Protect your account credentials and device access.

5. Supplements and Dosing Information

Supplement content, evidence grades, and dose ranges are informational. They are not personalized prescriptions. You remain responsible for checking contraindications, interactions, and medically appropriate dosing.

6. Bloodwork and Advanced Insights

Any bloodwork visualization or calculated values are estimates for educational trend awareness. They are not definitive clinical interpretations and should not be used as the sole basis for health decisions.

7. Data and Account Controls

You may export your data and request account deletion through Settings. Deletion requests remove your app data from VigorTrace systems, subject to lawful retention obligations.

8. Privacy and Security

We implement reasonable technical safeguards, but no system is guaranteed to be fully secure. You acknowledge the inherent risks of transmitting and storing data online.

9. Third-Party Device Integrations

VigorTrace may support optional integrations with third-party wearable platforms, including Garmin Connect where available. By connecting a provider, you authorize us to access only approved fields necessary for app features such as automated check-ins, trend charts, and protocol adherence tracking.

• Integrations are optional and can be disconnected by the user.
• Provider APIs and availability can change without notice.
• We do not control third-party platform policies or uptime.

10. Intellectual Property

All application code, design elements, and content are owned by VigorTrace or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service except as permitted by law.

11. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including free and premium functionality, at any time. Availability may vary and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VigorTrace and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on educational content.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
